So April is apparently Garlic Month. I did not know this. I love garlic. Once in LA I was taken to an all garlic restaurant. I think I could have married it.
Thank goodness for brands like Sabra and their amazing dips, including their GARLIC Hummus that tastes better than anything I could make myself. So. So. Delicious.
We served it to celebrate my husbands birthday this weekend on this lovely platter they provided. I also served their roasted red pepper flavor too and we had it with an olive ciabatta bread and some little naan dippers I found.
It made me look like I entertain this awesomely all the time, so I can’t thank Sabra enough for making me look this good. Hummus (imo) is the magical unicorn of spreads. It goes with everything and is so versatile. I have been making a LOT of grilled cheese sandwiches with it, and experimenting with what else I can throw into the mix.
