I thought this infographic was fitting since I am trying to overhaul my eating habits at the moment. Back to school is a good time to get on a new program and so with thanks to Menopause Chicks and Fitnitchick and help from sites like MyFitnessPal.com, I am trying to start the school year out by paying more attention to not only my eating habits and what is in my food as per the reasons noted in the infographic, but my sleep and exercise (which doesn’t exist).
I promise to share any progress I have on this journey.
