At the last meeting of the Vancouver Chapter of the Enterprising Moms Network, Joyce Lau, the glam face behind Yummy Mummy Makeovers, gave a great presentation about revving up your wardrobe.
Being that EMN is mostly women in business or work at home mom’s…she focused on simple way to ‘business up’ your closet with some basics and key pieces and mixing and matching.
For someone who lives in jeans and long sleeved t’s…it was a great reminder about HOW to dress.
Yummy Mummy Makeovers offer a variety of fun and amazingly helpful workshops on how to maximize your wardrobe and make it work for you.
And why am I telling you this?
Joyce has offered FOUR tickets for me to give for her March 16th workshop – Playing Lego with your Wardrobe – With just a few pieces, you can build a great foundation to a versatile wardrobe. Get expert schooling on what to buy and learn smart shopping techniques. Most importantly, learn how to build an affordable wardrobe on ANY budget. Learn new ways of mixing & matching to create tons of outfits. AND you’ll be ready in 5 minutes flat!
This mini workshop runs from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at 610A – 610Granville St (at Dunsmuir St.) in downtown Vancouver.
If you would like to attend this workshop (with me!!) please comment below and I will draw four lucky names. March 10th will be the deadline!

I could really use a wardrobe refresh. This might be just the thing I am looking for.

I’m not entering, but thought I’d comment that I’ll also be attending. I expect to come home with a bit of new inspiration on how to make my clothes work a little harder.
