A while back I had posted about a contest that OxiClean was hosting where people could share their laundry stain triumphs for a chance to win a LG washer and dryer. Pretty nice PRIZE!
I then laughingly had to admit that I had actually never ever used any OxiClean products.
She then promptly sent me some to check out!
I am not a big detail oriented person when it comes to laundry…..I barely have the patience to separate colours from whites and the idea of pretreatments leaves me cold.
I have tried to be fairly ‘green’ with my washing and do a lot of it with ‘eco’ detergents and try to use cold as much as I can. However, we had noticed with the latest enviro friendly detergent, that it wasn’t leaving our stuff smelling very fresh or clean…which was a tad disappointing.
So needless to say the family has been most impressed with the results of the OxiClean MaxForce products we have tried out!
I like the Liqui-Gel the best….I find I get a bit of residue sometimes with the Power Paks, which are great for convenience, but I like being able to measure out my own amount of the OxiClean.
It’s super concentrated so you really only need a tiny amount and Mr Crunch reports enjoying the nice fresh smell that his clothes have had since we started using it. It is $7.99 for the Liqui-Gel and is available at most food and drug stores across Canada.
I have also noticed that the OxiClean MaxForce is great for heavily stained items…even when I forget to pre-treat.
When I do remember and have to face the horror that is Tara’s clothing….they have a MaxForce Gel Stick….it works great. It goes for around $3.99 at most stores across Canada.
So…if you are shopping for laundry detergents…try the OxiClean….they have passed the House of Crunch clean test…and that says a lot!

The most appropriate prize – an LG washing machine. I had one of them for 22 years before it gave out. That was without maintenance.
