My Karma Must Be Sucking These Days…

Seriously…..the vibe around here is just not right…not good. Everything feels just not quite right…I have been forgetting things, losing things, breaking things…..I am not my self at all.

Communication is ‘off’ with CH – we seem to be misreading each others cues…and I think both afraid of a fight when there is nothing to fight about…but again, the way I am, this could be just me.

Missed WordPress Camp – letting down a bunch of really nice people and missing on meeting some really nice people….don’t ask….yesterday was a total clusterfuck.

Left my wallet on top of mom’s car when rushing to pick up our car from mechanic….had to drive around to FIND It. Which we did..phew.

Lost babysitter at last minute.

Was already rattled….took the opportunity to just hide on couch with beer.

All that is keeping me calm is that in a few hours I will be on a plane to SF and BlogHer.

All that is keeping me going is being dropped off at the airport and to have NOTHING else to worry about but travel shit.

Insane that for a flight that leaves at 3:45 I have to be on the road by one – pick up CH at work and head to airport from there for the stupid two hours ahead thing – to check in and then sit around with nothing to do till flight.

I had HOPED that I would be getting an ASUS mini laptop to ‘borrow’ for the conference, but I haven’t heard and it isn’t here yet, so oh well.

Anyway, this means that unfortunately my BlogHer communication will be sparse as I don’t want to take my clunky big laptop down….it needs to much juice and cords….it isn’t worth the bother I am afraid.

So…I hope I can post while down there..but if not…SEE YA….and please wish me luck…. I plan on hitting the Newbies and People’s Party as soon as I check in tonight. Am soo pissed that I will miss the Kirtsy thing….lost swag potential! And the only ‘invite only’ party that I was actually invited too!

On a side note…my son came to show me the ‘evidence’ that his penis sticks out in the mornings and ‘how weird is that!’
