We LOVE Halloween in this house. We have our costumes already and will soon be decorating the house for all the trick or treaters on the big night. We are planning at trip to the Stanley Park Ghost train to get the family in the mood and some other activities, but nothing beats watching SPOOKY shows and NETFLIX is perfect for that. Once all that candy is collected, sitting down to spooky shows is how to round out the evening, buzzed and terrified.
My son loves shows like the Paranormal movies, but has to hide behind me to watch them and then I end up with everyone in my bed after. Netflix, thank goodness has MANY MANY kid friendly shows with a spooky theme too.
Scooby-Doo is a classic that doesn’t seem to go away. And my kids LOVE the SpyKids movies.
For more ADULT fun on Netflix, I highly recommend the original series Hemlock Grove. The acting and story are so fun and spooky, you won’t be able to NOT binge watch it.
I also thought Netflix did a great job of their version of From Dusk till Dawn. They expanded on the back story of the main characters AND the story about the vampire lair in a really fun way.
