As summer rolls to a close, I try to NOT get stressed by the whole ‘back to school’ stress vibe, it is time to take stock and see what your kids need for the new school year. The summer months here usually means HUGE growth spurts and so pants, shoes and jackets are all too small. This time of year means cleaning out closets and seeing what the kids need versus what they want.
The same goes for school supplies. There isn’t MUCH we actually have to purchase as our district only requires a $25 cheque for supplies. However, the kids always want their own pencils and markets and cases to hold them. Finding a one stop (AFFORDABLE) store in your hood to grab everything is more than a blessing, it is a necessity.
Thus I am crushed that my local Target is not yet open and sigh in envy at those whose local stores are all there ready packed with choices of clothing and supplies all at great prices. My daughter has drooled over the catalogue and then fainted in delight when a special box arrived for us to check out.
Target has a great selection of fun clothing for kids at great prices. All the kids (Adam included) love the fun styles for fall. Tara was happy to model the selections that arrived for us to sample.
Target Canada wants to help your kids go to school in style without killing your pocket book. They are ready to help kids all ages. From Kinder to College, Target appears to have something for everyone.
Apart from the magic that is brand new crayons and markets, my kids LOVE the idea of personalization when it comes to jazzing up their backpacks with patterned tapes, and other bright accessories. My kids are not yet into the world of lockers but Target Canada has everything for the highschooler and college goer too when it comes to ‘practical’ bling for their school needs.
We love the sampling that Target Canada sent our kids to get them in the mood for school. What sort of things do your kids love to buy new for school?
