I grew up with ‘shelf safe milk’ as a kid in Scotland. We had it for recess. My kids LOVE it but I haven’t found too much of it in my local grocery stores. Milk Unleashed has a great web site and info site about the advantages of this milk and where you can find it. The ultra-pasturized brands on the site do seem to be mostly US based, but hopefully they will expand their list to cover what is available in Canada and in my hood – Vancouver.
