Kibooco (the kids’ book company) Giveaway

November 15, 2012 by Kerry Sauriol 2 Comments

A long, long time ago parents were able to connect with their children through fun and meaningful activities. Throughout the land time-honored experiences delighted both parents and children as they fostered pride, confidence, creativity and connection.

Then one day the safety of tangible, tactile tradition was challenged by a whole new – virtual – world. A spell was cast on children as they turned wide eyed to their computer screens.

Determined not to lose their tech-savvy children to the fascinating, yet isolating and independent experiences presented by technology, parents began a quest for harmony in their homes. A solution emerged that embraced both tradition and technology. Peace and excitement prevailed as families descended upon a new destination, a place called Kibooco, “The Kid’s Book Company”, where fun, creativity, imagination and connection rule in a whole new way.

They all lived happily ever after as together they discovered the world of Kibooco.

Like most parents, co-Founder and Mom, Molly, likes to take her kids outside, play a game together or read a book, but there’s no getting away from the fact that more and more kids are becoming quite tech-savvy these days and as much as we can limit screen time, it doesn’t generally change the fact that it’s not very productive.   That’s where Kibooco is different!  Kibooco lets kids play online for free, but it engages their creativity and imagination and allows them to create something that is real.  Suddenly screen time can be productive and fun at the same time.

Kibooco (the kids’ book company) is gearing up to launch its interactive book-making site in the New Year.  Their web-based interactive platform is specially designed just for kids and is fun,  simple and intuitive.

In Time For Christmas

In advance of the launch of the full book – making site, they’ve realized that the cool fun art and design-making tools for kids could be introduced earlier through the Holiday Pop Up Shop to give kids an opportunity to play with their new tools and features and offer a new solution for personalized gift giving for the Holidays.   What better gift than a home-designed t-shirt, notepad, calendar, to give to parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, siblings?…the opportunities are endless.

Want to check it out for yourselves?  Everybody is invited to start playing at www.Kibooco.com right now and you have until the end of November  (November 31st) to change, fiddle, redesign and re-colour your ideas before they have to finish taking orders to be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Products available include Soft Cover “Wire – O” notebook , Hard Cover perfectbound journal, 12 x 12 inch Wire O Calendar, 4 x 6 inch greeting card – custom greeting cards – 10 pack, Men’s & Women’s short-sleeved and long-sleeved t-shirts in a variety of colours, Kids T-shirts, Infant T-shirts, Infant onesies and Infant bibs.  Prices range from $16-$42.

Reader Give-away

Better still, we have the opportunity to offer one lucky reader a set of 10 4 x 6 inch custom greeting cards (10 pack of one style with envelopes.  $30 value) to design and order compliments of Kibooco.

Simply leave a comment below before November 25th and I will draw a lucky winner to check out all the fun that Kibooco offers.
