My own mom has contributed to the Purple Crying Awareness Campaign!!!
I shared my own experiences in this post and how we were given the dvd about purple crying AND how even “experienced” parents like ourselves were helped to know that the crying was not anything we were doing wrong and WOULD amazingly end and to not lose our minds!
Many bloggers like me have jumped in to help promote the cap campaign for the Children’s Hospital and to coincide with National Child Day on November 22nd. Many have knitted, many have blogged.
Blogging about parenting and being honest about parenting is what makes it easier for all of us.
Which is what I tried to impart when CBC asked about mom blogging and the Purple Cap Campaign.
So thank you bloggers and thank you MOM for contributing to the awareness campaign…..

I am honored to be mentioned on CBC with you Crunchy, your interview was awesome. My cousins baby suffered shaken baby at the hands of his father and the entire ordeal impacted our family tremendously, it’s such an amazing cause and I was proud to be part of this campaign in such a great company of mom bloggers who helped to spread the word about it!
