Not only do kids make any sort of sex or romance a tad difficult…well it does in our house, where they kids work together to thwart any trysts.
But Valentines Day now means a mad rush of card making or buying for school classes (Caity has FORTY in her class!), food buying or baking for school classes (Adam didn’t tell me till late Wednesday) and that is really about it.
And I mean, I don’t really care. I dislike hallmark holidays anyway…the biggest thing that bothered me (sorry CH) was that CH had told Adam that he would take him out to buy ME something for Valentines…and then he didn’t.  And Adam was really upset about this. He felt really bad for not getting ME anything.
I had gotten him and Caity making cards for him and nana. Â That is what us mommy’s do right?
So I am not sure if I was supposed to turn on the ‘hot sexy momma’ routine last night or not…Â I was too tired to even think about it.
Besides…I am pms’ing BIG time. RHAAAARRRRRGGGG……ugly premenstrual monster.
I also really find that for me spontaneity isn’t that spontaneous anymore… I pretty much have to be in the right mood from the get go…and dealing with cranky kids, cat puke, cat shit, dog shit and dishes doesn’t really do it for me.
And pathetic cliche or not…..dishes done by someone else is a MAJOR turn on.
Anyway…….can you tell I am a tad on edge? Sorry family.

Nothing kills the mood faster than the reality of life.

I wonder how hubby expects me to just have an on and off button.. stuck in the ON position. A random compliment now and then would surely help?
