Nomad Keeps You Charged

June 2, 2014 by Kerry Sauriol 1 Comment

Being a digital family it is a constant battle for who gets to plug in what device when and where. It never ends.   Home or away SOMEONE has a device that is dying and OMG THE HORROR.

Thus devices like the Charge Key and Charge Card from Nomad are handy little devices to keep around and I was happy to check them out when sent to me by Nomad.

The ChargeKey  is made of bendy rubber and is great for on the go charging….though I have used it at home with my laptop balanced on the couch with someone’s ipod or phone charging.   The ChargeKey is small and fits great on your key chain with your REAL keys.

The ChargeCard is designed to slip into your wallet or purse (or get lost on my desk) but the same principal is here…it is bendy and small and made for convenient emergency charging or when your kids are melting down.  Or I am melting down when I forget to charge my OWN devices after taking care of all the other stuff.

They run for about $25 a piece but being that they are so convenient and NOT awkward or cumbersome it is worth it to have something like this on hand.  These are ideal for us bloggers when attending conferences and other events.  Way better than the search around the meeting room for an unused socket, dragging around charging cords.

Would love to hear from other people who have tried them.  Let me know what you thought.
