Let Flintstones Help Your Family Meals

January 18, 2014 by Kerry Sauriol 9 Comments

I have children who claim to “forget” to eat their lunch at LUNCH when everyone else is eating LUNCH.  So vitamins are sort of crucial to keep them alive or at least not get scurvy.   I like gummy vitamins because then my kids (and me) are more likely to eat them without any sort of fuss.

Flintstones Booklet 2

Flintstones have been part of families supplement plans for years and our family is happy to see their new gummy vitamins here in Canada. Nutrition and immunity have always been essential to kids’ overall health and wellness.

A new survey commissioned by Bayer Healthcare Consumer Care shows that –

  • 67 per cent of Canadian moms with kids 10 and under say healthy meals for their kids are often compromised because of busy and hectic schedules;
  • 55 per cent of moms agreed their kids are getting enough vitamin A, while only 41 per cent said their kids are getting enough zinc.  Both of these help to maintain healthy immune function;
  • Almost two thirds of moms agreed that they have added other ingredients to vegetables to make them taste better.

To celebrate the launch of FLINTSTONES™ Gummies Plus Immunity Support in Canada, the maker of the favourite children’s vitamin is offering this fabulous giveaway to help busy families navigate nutritious meals.

The Healthy Dinner, Made Quick prize pack includes a grocery delivery and three to four simple, quick and delicious recipes that can be made in 20 minutes or less!

That’s right…groceries DELIVERED, meals planned and organized FOR you..not BY you.    A true gift for those crazy weeks.  Simply enter below before January 31st for this great prize.

(This is a Lower Mainland Only Giveaway!)

    I’m always worried about whether my kids are getting enough from the meals they eat. They are such picky eaters!

    Not really, we generally eat very nutritious so I am ok having the occasional treat that is not packed with nutrition.

    Me too! How do you forget to eat? Must be a kids thing but I don’t remember forgetting to eat as a kid LOL

    Yes I do 🙁 Sometimes I am lazy or very tired and just whip up a quick easy meal that is filling but not very nutritious. This happens very rarely though!

    I will try my absolute best to serve nutritious meals, but know that I can’t be perfect all the time!

    I have 2 VERY stubborn eaters, so I frequently have guilt about uber healthy meals with them 🙁

    Nope, no guilt as I am a terrible cook… so they are relieved if dinner isn’t burnt!

    I totally suffer from Mom guilt over food on the table. There are some nights that are just plain not nutritious, but it’s all I had in me to pull off. And with picky kids and allergies, it’s a nightmare just getting things we all agree on. sigh. yep.. definite guilt on too many meals.
