As much as we grumble and fret about where and how we get our gas for our cars, until we are all driving amazing electric vehicles, we all need it for our much loved cars. We love our cars. We also love going on road trips in our cars. I have many fond memories of road trips here and in Scotland with my family. Long or short, we all have some great memories of hitting the road and being ready for anything that came our way.

Road trips are my favorite! I love that anything can happen when you’re on the road. My husband and I actually started dating while road tripping across Canada way back in the 90’s. The farthest we have travelled with the kids is from Alberta to Nova Scotia.
We do small road trips, maybe 2.5 hours away or so. We like to visit local attractions and take shopping trips as well!
We are waiting to get a new safer vehicle before we take the kids on any long road trips. For now we just get over to Vancouver Island for short road trips.
