Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

On the first day of the cruise we had a life boat and muster drill.  The kids were very excited by this.  They were even more intrigued when I told them that later their would be a ‘How to resist a pirate boarding party drill.’ I explained that this involved basic sword fighting, rope swinging and cannon blasting lessons.

They were very excited by this and were CERTAIN it would happen during the Pirates of the Caribbean Party.   Sadly it didn’t and now they hate me for yanking their chains.

So the fact that Walt Disney Studios is celebrating the release of On Stranger Tides with a GIVEAWAY is sort of perfect while I STILL write my post about the cruise!
