We celebrated 11 years of marriage yesterday..but really we have been together for like 18! OUCH!
We decided to check out ‘NU’ down at False Creek. Lovely views, mellow ambiance and nice food WITH NO KIDS!!!
It was nowhere near as pretentious as its website made it out to be. I wish all the Vancouver eateries would stop with the heavy usage of FLASH..so farking annoying.
I used OpenTable to find and book the place..that site rocks. I highly recommend it.
Adam and Caity made us some nice art/cards to celebrate our special day.
And thank goodness for Nana babysitting. We bribed her with Scotch, pizza and Timbits.
After..in a nod to our dating history and where Mr. Crunch proposed, we headed down to the Observatory at the Vancouver Museum and took a peek at Neptune and the Ring Nebula. Purdy cool!

Aaand this is my new ‘mom bob’…Mr. Crunch says it is a tad too Kate Goslin for him…ACK!!!

I’m lovin’ the “mom bob”. That Caity is just adorable. She’d love hanging out with my Shelby who also loves to dress up. That little fella of yours is adorable.
