well not really..but you know what I mean.
First, I had no inspiration …nothing juicy to blog about and then it got sort of busy around here.
My buddy from High School found me on Facebook and we reunited on Friday!
She drove in from Mission and spent the day with my crazy family. It was great. We had a lot of catching up to do and a lot of laughs.
She got some cute shots of the crew. Gini ALWAYS had a camera!
Adam had to demo his hip hop dance for her. I am in shock at just how FLARED my jeans are.
CH’s brother decided they needed to do an ‘official’ Estate Sale for their mom’s place on the weekend. This led us and CH to scramble to do ads and get organized for that in between meeting with a new web developer and all his usual work. AND missing our friends daughters first birthday party.
I brought mom and we had a lovely time. AND CH managed to show up at the end and then we had dinner and let the kids run wild together.
Our daughters get on great…they are about a month apart in age. And their daughter also thinks that Adam is the bee’s knees.
So a long day yesterday, but fun.
I am now looking at my huge list of things to get accomplished and cannot believe that spring break is creeping up on us and the countdown to our vacation too!
Caity is watching Cinderella AGAIN for the 5000th time and Adam is busy rolling his eyes again.
I totally forgot about the clocks forwarding this am. Stared at the computer clock in disbelief. Eeesh. Oh well. Lighter mornings and all that.
I would LOVE to hit the mall today..but I can’t see that happening. Maybe I can sneak there tomorrow morning without the kids.
I feel the need for some retail therapy!
