What do you miss most from your pre-baby life?
Our apartment.  Being close to all the bars, coffee shops and restaurants.  Having people over for drinks.  Having clean carpets.

What activity would renew, recharge, and re-energize your body?
Hmmm…..Perhaps a nice spa day…..a massage?  Or being able to regularly attend a fitness class

What activity would renew, recharge, and re-energize your mind?
Going on a vacation or just spending a weekend alone with my husband.  – Stealing BT’s answer here.  Ditto

What activity would renew, recharge, and re-energize your spirit?
Sleep and vacation!  – Again…stealing BT’s answers…..

What gift can I give to myself today?

Getting my errands run without the kids.  NOT getting stressed about it all.

When you look back at this time in your life, what will you regret not doing for yourself?

I don’t think I have any real regrets…..maybe that I didn’t keep in touch enough with people.  Didn’t take enough time for myself.  But I am happy being a mom.   I have fun with my husband and kids.  I think if I had been a bit more organized life would have gone better..maybe taken better care of my moods and depression….made things happier for all!?

What is one thing – however small – that you can do to make self-care integral to your week?

I think having a weekly routine that includes me time is important.  And sticking to it…something small or simple.
