Ok…..lets get this party started.
A goal for the next TWO WEEKSÂ
Being that I have a hard time hitting the gym, I am going to have to be creative in my dieting.
I am going to try and follow the Special K challenge…eating that for breakfast and lunch.
I tend to forget to feed myself on regular intervals as I am focusing on the kids….then I pig out at night.
I am hoping that if I keep to this, that I won’t feel the urge to snack so much.
Oh and to keep my water bottle full.
I am also going to try AGAIN to power walk every night with the dog.  This will be tough since Crunch Husband is usually visiting his mom till after 10…but I have to do this.
So there you go…for the next two weeks…Special K and really watching the snacks.
I am going to make notes of what I actually eat each day.

Yeay! Good luck with that. Hubby started using Weight Watchers Online. It’s cheaper than the walk in classes and really helps track your food intake. I’ve been pretty impressed with the functionality of it. You can input your recipe for dinner and it will tell you how many points/serving you are eating.
Good Luck these next two weeks. Getting started is always so tough!
I’m good at exercise, it’s the food I gotta watch. I’m going to really try to watch my diet. I usually do well on the Zone, so I’m going to get back on that.

Good luck with your goals! I know how hard it is to put the kids before you. Consider eating Special K at night on those nights when you want to ‘pig out’ because you didn’t eat.
And writing down what you eat will likely mean you’ll eat less. Just be sure you don’t go back to your old eating habits when you stop writing down your food. But, you should also pay attention to those moments when you think about eating but decide not to eat because you don’t want to write it down – probably means you’re eating for something other than hunger! (Sorry to get all lecture-y on you. I’m a health educator.)

It’s clear that anything you put your mind to, you can do, so you go girl! When I became serious about weight reduction a few months ago, I lost 10 pounds before considering exercising so don’t worry about that too much in the first few weeks while you adjust your diet. One stress at a time (okay, one additional stress) is plenty.
Now, Special K is pretty good, don’t they have Special K with strawberry chunks and even chocolate chunks? Sorta defeats the “diet” thing, doesn’t it but I thought I might’ve seen an ad on that… might make the meals a little more enjoyable perhaps? Well, either way, much luck, drink tons as that will fill you up but goodness, be close to the washroom, sigh, I know…
