Despite all the worries about his mom he managed to raise a smile at his kids singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to him today.
He came home wrecked last night..but managed to relax and sleep.
His mom is stable and they are not seeing any deterioration. We will see.  They sent a camera down her insides to make sure that her lungs and so forth were unaffected and her heart seems to be pumping fine.
Adam made his daddy a cute card and I staggered off to get the cake he and I had ordered. Adam had picked a ‘digger’ cake and it said ‘Happy Birthday Daddy, We All Love You!’
So we had cake for lunch.
I got him the MiniMates BSG figures….he liked them.
My mom surprised him with two Dr. Who action figures.
He was quite delighted with all his loot.
He hung out with his family till dinner time and has headed out to visit her and then see if he felt like playing poker…take his mind of things, I suppose.
I either have allergies or a cold and cannot wait for Adam to go to bed.
I convinced Caity to go to bed early, but Adam is watching Prehistoric Park.
Ugh..
Oh and thanks Shaz for doing the upgrade….seems fine!
I’m glad your Hubbie got some joy out of his day and it’s nice to hear that his Mom is stable.
