Crunchy Carpets

Clean socks are a privilege, not a right

An Afternoon at the Park

April 12, 2007 by Kerry Sauriol 5 Comments

Yesterday we headed up to our Central Park to feed the ducks.

It was lovely.  We also saw two turtles and some HUGE fish in the pond too.

Yesterday we got 5″ of snow, then it rained for eight hours, so the snow was washed away, and now it’s been raining all day…
    Sheesh!
The trees in the park are awesome!
And your daughter’s expression = made me smile!

The cherry blossoms are gorgeous right now. It’s about time though, after all the bad weather we’ve had. It’s nice to take the kids out without their jackets too.

Ha, Central Park, makes you sound like a New Yorker when you’re just a crunchy British Columbian!

Ah, yes, the park! In between rain squalls we did get out with our Prince LittleMan to fly kites on Monday. Here’s to many more months of fine park weather!
