The Good:
– Found two nice wall mirrors at the preschool garage sale
– Got the back yard semi cleaned out…swept patio, dumped out standing water, threw out old toys. BBQ is next.
– Got to do that in peace because dh took the kids to see their great grandmother.
– Add today, finally reorganized the junk in caity’s closet so that not only did I get our old stroller (anyone need a Bebe Car stroller?) in there, AND the high chair (want it?), I managed to close the ugly closet doors. This means that poor Caits actully has room to play! yay.
The Bad:
– Had to take Aurora to the emergency vet since we couldn’t get him in to our regular due to his constipation. Vet bill estimate now? $2000. We have already spent about $2000 on him.
– Listening to my son tell us that his ‘funny’ uncle was playing ‘pull my finger’ and farting on him. Can you see me laughing. Yeah.
Perhaps it’s my monitor but I’m having a little bit of troubling seeing you laughing … hmmm …. imagine that!
Yipes! Funny how vet bills can get so expensive so fast. And it always ends up being just a bit more and a bit more ’til you’re in way more than you’d ever thought you’d get!
I hope Aurora feels better soon. Congrats on getting all the cleaning done!
