Clean socks are a privilege, not a right

Let’s Talk Boobs.

March 20, 2007 by Kerry Sauriol 6 Comments

The other night my darling husband asked me how come, as pushed up my boobs have gotten in the various contraptions they loosely call bras, they are rarely pushed together. For this, I have no answer.

My boobs have always been solitary creatures. No matter how big or small…they have always preferred to lurk more on the sidelines than front and centre.

Now I have bought a LOT of bras over the years. I have bought the fancy and overly priced things from the fancy stores. I have even had ‘fittings’ to ensure the right support! That was fun. These days I have stuck to ‘cheaper’ fare and have found one I quite like at La Senza.

I like my current every day one. It is comfortable and pushes everything up and into a pleasing shape. But yes, they still don’t meet in the middle. No tucking little notes down between those babies. An entire book or blackberry maybe. I have problems with crumbs and sometimes it is like those searches in the couch cusions…you can find loose change down there.

I wonder if I will one day find the bra that does this. Maybe I need to try those Gel things.

Has anyone out there have much success with that whole cleavage thing?

You crack me up. There’s never a right answer when it comes to boobs. I have plenty of “togetherness” but only because they are obscenely large. I wish they were smaller. Someone else wishes hers were bigger. I guess no one wishes their boobs were LOWER… that’s the one uniting factor on which all women can agree!

Ah! Another day another titter…um, laugh! Mine are separate and unequal unless in a jogbra which device isn’t exactly known for sexiness. I’m just dreading the day I wake up and the darlings are pooled in my armpits.
