Crunchy Carpets

Clean socks are a privilege, not a right

I may not be able to get on my computer tomorrow …

We are switching EVERYTHING to Telus.
Telus Internet and Telus TV and a wack of perks on the phone like caller id and so on…so no more NOT LEAVING A MESSAGE A-WIPE.

Sorry that was the sudafed talking.

Anyway they are supposed to come tomorrow morning and lord knows how long it will all take.

Crunchy husband has fled to a poker game. He left the kids with a Doodle Bops computer game..so that will keep them happy for a bit. God I hate them. I love them…they give us peace. But you try listening to the CD EVERYTIME YOU ARE IN THE CAR!

Ahem.

Crunchy husband was anxious to hit the mall as we (on his insistence) had asked the store where he bought my leather jacket to order in another style that we liked so I could try it on. And yes, it looked great and silly fool bought me it.

So now I have two lovely leather jackets! My husband is a strange but loving man. I don’t know how he puts up with me!

Then we fed the kids sushi and Japanese stir fry at the food fair. Beats fries!

Now I pray I can get the kids to bed early and succumb to the cold medicine.
Ack Hack Sniff.

Oh and if anyone knows how to get lipstick out of a cotton knit sweater …A WHITE cotton knit sweater….I would love to some ideas.

In the 15 minutes that Caity was in her daddy’s care while I went to get Adam, she managed to find my makeup and as she told him ‘make herself pretty.’

Have you tried putting hairspray on it? I know coating a stain with hairspray and then washing it sometimes works but I’m not sure if it would work on lipstick.

get some tide with bleach alternative and pour a little right on the lipstick and let it set for about fifteen minutes, and then hand wash it. if it doesn’t come out, well honey, just cover it up with that lovely leather jacket, okay? and give crunchy hubby a big hug for being husband of the day yesterday! smiles, bee

Tie-dye the sweater or dye it the color of the lipstick, thus giving in to Caity’s creative bent! Hope the switch goes well.
