This summer, when not TOO hot, the kids have pretty much lived outside. Chuck in beach trips and other outings and we have been going through a LOT of sunscreen here. I will admit to being devastated by the warnings about the spray sorts, since when there are three kids anxious to be away having fun, blasting them is the easiest. But we DO have to be aware of what we are putting on our kids skin no matter their ages.
I was therefore, happy to try out the Vitamin A cream from Cloud. This is a new skincare line created by award-winning UBC dermatologist Dr. Gordon Telford. The line’s inaugural product, Cloud Vitamin A with retinyl palmitate, is the first consumer sunscreen to block out the full spectrum of the suns rays. Conventional sunscreens only protect from 7% of rays.
This cream is a perfect part to add to not only YOUR morning skin care routine, but the rest of the family. I tested it mostly on myself and my daughter. I usually just slather on a face cream with 15 spf and then apply sunscreen only if at beach or something. I used the Vitamin A cream on my face and neck and my youngest when we were getting ready for our days out. I truly noticed a big difference, especially my daughter. She doesn’t burn but tan, but the Cloud Vitamin A cream added a great protection for a girl who hates to wear her sun hat. For myself too. Not the best at remembering my own skin protection, using the Vitamin A cream stopped any more reddening or darkening that have noticed. 45 years sees a fair bit of sun damage on my fair Scottish skin.
Cloud Retinyl Palmitate protects against 93% more of the sun’s power than conventional sunscreen while providing long-lasting benefits you can see and feel in any weather. Ascend to Cloud today.
